History

This scholarship is established in honor of our founding pastor, the late Rev. O. E. Dixon, whose vision, leadership, and unwavering faith laid the foundation for our church community. His legacy continues to inspire us to invest in future generations through education, service, and spiritual growth.

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria
  • Be actively involved in a church ministry
  • Be a member of the church for at least one year
  • Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher (for high school students)
  • Be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college, university, or trade
    school as a full-time or part-time student
  • Trade or continuing education students must maintain a minimum grade
    average of 70%
  • Provide proof of academic progress (transcripts or report cards)
  • Submit an essay of 250 words or more explaining why you should be
    selected as a scholarship recipient
  • Submission window for essays will open on Monday, April 13 th and close
    on Sunday, May 10 th. All required documents must be submitted by the
    deadline to the scholarship email address
